Zayn is a rare male coverstar on Elle

Elle magazine is known for having the very biggest stars on its cover, but it doesn’t put a man on the front too often - David Beckham being the first to go solo back in 2012.

Former One Direction star Zayn Malik is one of the few to get that accolade, being one of five special covers for the September 2016 issue.
